Grace & Blessings I
Classic and simple, these designs are based on traditional hymn tunes and table graces. The focus in all three designs is on the text, highlighted with pretty borders and motifs.
Bless Us O Lord is familiar to many as the beginning phrase of their blessing at meals, and is shown stitched on the enclosed silk gauze.
Sweet is the Work comes from a 1719 hymn written by Isaac Watts and makes a lovely table blessing.
Finally, Be Present at Our Table is from an 18th century hymn text by John Cennick.
