Abundant Table
I recently acquired an English sampler with a lovely floral border, upper case alphabet, and the traditional Creed stitched one-over-one and prominently placed in the center. Rather than a strict reproduction, I’ve adapted this beauty by switching to an autumnal color palette and adding a table grace for Thanksgiving as the centerpiece of the design (this prayer is stitched over two threads, not one). In addition to cross stitches, the border utilizes satin stitches and back stitching, and the silks used in the model truly highlight the rich fall colors. The chartpak notes suggested DMC options for the silks to assist you with your own color choices.

Stitch count:
209 x 205
Fabric:
Weeks Dye Works: 35 count Cocoa linen
Threads:
AVAS Soie d'Alger: 3735, 3745, 4245
Classic Colorworks Belle Soie silk: Attic Tea, Chocolat, Elegant Eggplant, Empress, Harvest, Sandy Beach, Walk the Plank, Weathered Vine
Rainbow Gallery Splendor silk: #S1037 Dark Plum
In the stitching instructions, the reference to "Green Tea" silk should be the "Attic Tea" color from Classic Colorworks.
In addition, although the multiple chart pages are printed with an overlap of 3 spaces to aid you in your stitching, this isn't always printing as cleanly as it should. Be examine the 'common' edges of your charts for the 3 spaces which overlap to ensure your counting is correct.
